AirTight, a critical site service contractor in Charlotte, N.C., teamed up with APC by Schneider Electric to host a first-ever live broadcast from Orange County Chopper’s headquarters in Newburgh, N.Y., where they were giving away eight Orange County Choppers to participants nationwide.

The North Carolina aspect of the event took place at the Blackfinn Bar and Grill at the EpiCenter in Uptown Charlotte, where numerous electrical contractors and engineering firms from the Charlotte region and surrounding areas were in attendance. The topics of discussion were intelligent drives innovation and where partnership and innovation converge to meet the increased needs of IT and energy management.

As the event was wrapping up, the presenters along with representatives from Orange County Choppers announced the winners of the custom motorcycles. One was Charlotte electrical contractor Howard Brothers. “This really turned out to be a great event, the fact that we were giving eight choppers nationwide, it was especially exciting to see one of the electrical contractors from Charlotte win,” said Greg Crumpton, president and founder of AirTight.
