AERCO Launches New Interactive Web Site

NORTHVALE, N.J. - AERCO International Inc. announced that it has launched its new Web site with enhanced content and special interactive features designed to meet the needs of specifying engineers, business decision makers, and maintenance personnel. The site has been developed to be easier to navigate, with tools to support visitors in the planning stages of a project as well as current AERCO customers.

For specifying engineers, a new Product Selection Wizard processes application and fuel requirements to ascertain which AERCO products are right for the job, says the company. The Project Manager Tool enables registered users to gather critical product drawings for individual projects that can be downloaded or stored online to ensure application designers are working with the most current manufacturer guidelines.

For non-technical decision makers and maintenance personnel, the site offers a special Technologies section that explains, in layman's terms, the operating principles behind AERCO's high-efficiency equipment, the company says. Customers can also access AERCO operation and maintenance manuals online.

"The site was designed to support customer service and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction with our products and company," said Fred W. Depuy, president of AERCO. "Just like our products can streamline the overall heating plant, we wanted our Web site to simplify the jobs of specifying engineers and customers interested in learning about our products. Our site can take visitors from choosing what product they need all the way through routine maintenance and application advice."
