THEALE, Reading, England - Wolseley plc, parent to Ferguson and Stock Building Supply, made four more bolt-on acquisitions that are expected to add about $278.24 million in additional revenue.

In North America, Ferguson acquired Lawrence Plumbing Supply Co., Castle Supply Co. Inc., and Castle North Corp. (Castle Group). Castle Group is a distributor of plumbing products with 27 locations in Florida. In 2005, Castle Group’s revenue was $165.3 million and its gross assets were $28.4 million. Ferguson also acquired Northern Water Works Supply Inc. In 2005, the company had revenue of $91.2 million and gross assets of $20.1 million.

In Europe, Wolseley UK acquired Murdock ECD Limited and Murdock Haworth Limited from Murdock Group Limited., and the DT Group acquired Helatukku Finland Oy.
