ACCA Welcomes 29 New Members

ARLINGTON, VA — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) closed out 2001 by welcoming 29 new national member companies during the month of December.

“It’s exciting to be a part of the ACCA transformation,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and ceo, who joined the organization last March. “A year ago no one believed that ACCA would be ending 2001 with a revitalized vision, a growing membership, new programs and services, and a strong sense of purpose. But our board of directors, led by chairman Larry Taylor, embraced a new path to make ACCA an organization that is relevant to today’s hvacr contracting business owners.”

New members joining ACCA National in December 2001 were: Aire Serv of Passaic (Bloomingdale, NJ); American Aire, Inc. (Hilton Head Island, SC); Associated Environmental Technologies (Long Island City, NY); Altantic Forms Inc. (Alpharetta, GA); Austin Community College (Austin, TX); Bush Air Conditioning Centers Inc. (Panama City, FL); Century Bankcard Services (Chatsworth, CA); Collins Career Center (Chesapeake, OH); Environmental Control Systems (Manassas Park, VA); Falcon Heating & A/C (Sterling, VA); Johnson ThermoDynamics Htg, Ref & A/C (Olympia Field, IL); KelAir, Inc. (Port Chester, NY); Lehigh Career & Tech Institute (Schnecksville, PA); Lin Good & Sons Inc. (Bowansville, PA); Loftus Htg & A/C Inc. (Logan, IA); Lowry Construction & Mechanical (Pembroke, NC); MacDonald-Miller (Redmond, WA); Magellan Laboratories Inc.
