The E-Series commercial and industrial heating direct-fired air turnover system combines a 100 percent-efficient direct-fired burner with highly efficient direct-drive, VFD-controlled axial fans. Heated supply air is discharged at the top of the unit, “washed” across ceilings to push warm air downward, and circulated throughout the space as room air is pulled back in at the bottom of the unit. The “air turnover” is continuous. Precise temperature and CO2 sensing at the filtered return air inlet helps to ensure superior space comfort and maintain IAQ. Features include heating up to 3,000 MBtuh and ventilating up to 60,000 cfm; 1-inch aluminum washable room air filters; “Smart Stat” control (single-stage heat); motor overload protection; high- and low-airflow switches; direct spark ignition. E-Series does not require expensive welded flues, heat exchanger service, or belt tightening and replacement. Supply air never exceeds 20°F space temperature to minimize stratification.
