ABCO Launches Manhattan Superstore

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. - ABCO Refrigeration Supply Corp. has announced the relocation and expansion of its Manhattan branch, which opened for business at its new location beginning March 31, 2008.

The address of the new branch is 438 W. 37th St., New York, NY 10018, between 9th and 10th Avenues. The phone number is 212-929-8400; fax is 212-629-5768.

The branch is two blocks from its original location with twice the square footage. The expanded superstore stocks more available inventory, has a drive-in dock with ramp for customer pick-ups, and ample street parking, the company said. The store continues to provide on-site applications engineering support.

The store will host a grand opening celebration for customers on April 15, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to food, a raffle for Make-A-Wish®, and other festivities, the store will launch a series of weekly product presentations hosted by a variety of manufacturers. Emerson Climate Technologies will kick off the series that day with a presentation of its Copeland™, Browning, White Rogers, Flow Control, Emerson Ventilation, and Emerson Motors product lines.

The ABCO Manhattan branch continues to be headed by Guy Damis, branch manager. Also serving customers in Manhattan are customer service manager Juan Montilla and sales account manager Andrew Kahan.
