ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. - A.O. Smith donated 78 water heaters as part of its partnership with Habitat for Humanity. “A.O. Smith was privileged to be a part of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Week this year,” said Ajita Rajendra, president, A.O. Smith Water Products Co. “The ability to donate 78 water heaters to the deserving families of the Gulf Coast region was an honor and something we, as a company, strongly believe in.”

The water heaters were donated as part of an initiative to provide decent and affordable housing for low-income families of the Gulf Coast region. “The support we’ve received for this year’s Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project will serve as a catalyst for increasing the work being done in the Gulf Coast by bringing hope, stability, and housing solutions to our local communities,” noted Chris Monforton, president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
