March 28, 2013: Sanhua Acquires R-Squared Puckett
R-Squared Puckett is a manufacturer of aluminum heat exchangers, manifolds, and other brazed components serving the residential, light commercial, automotive, and off-road air conditioning markets.
Sanhua said that the acquisition will strengthen its presence in the North American market and also help to grow R-Squared Puckett, which will retain its name and operate as an independent company.
