DALLAS — One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating Dallas announced that it has acquired the assets of Avery Air, which will now operate as a division of the company. According to One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, the acquisition will further its growth, positioning it as a leader for HVAC services in the Dallas area.

After 54 years of service in the Dallas HVAC market, Avery Air closed its doors on Dec. 14, 2012, and filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. With the acquisition of Avery Air, One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating now extends its services to Avery Air customers with plans to honor any of Avery Air’s maintenance agreements and warranties purchased and registered by the contractor with the manufacturer prior to the company’s closing.

Randy Kelley, owner of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating Dallas, said, “We are pleased to announce that One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating has purchased the assets of Avery Air. We look forward to picking up where Avery Air has left off in providing exceptional service and customer care to its many customers over the years.”
