New Database Highlights Multifamily Projects Across the Country

CHICAGO — BuildCentral Inc. has announced the release of MultiFamilyData, a comprehensive database of apartment and condominium projects in the planning and construction stages.

With over 10,000 reports currently available through its search interface, including Map View, the product offers an important sales and marketing tool for professionals in the multifamily sector, says BuildCentral.

“Our goal is to inform you of every significant multifamily construction project throughout the country as early as possible, as accurately as possible, and as detailed as possible,” said Elizabeth Moran, product manager for MultiFamilyData by BuildCentral.

In addition to detailed project data, including number of units, schedule, and product type (market-rate, affordable, student, senior, etc.), MultiFamilyData focuses on obtaining information not publicly available, such as owner, developer, and architect contact information.

MultiFamilyData also features Map View, allowing users to search, identify, and analyze projects on an interactive map.

“Although still in beta stage, with Map View our intention is to map all active projects to provide users with a truly unique perspective of the projects and markets,” said Moran.
