Schneider Electric’s Condenser Fan Pak is an easy-to-install energy retrofit solution incorporating floating high pressure control and VSD fan operation for new and existing air-cooled chillers and air-cooled condensing units, states the company. There are two varieties: (1) air-cooled chillers and condensing units and (2) refrigeration racks. Energy savings up to 20 percent are possible by applying this “bolt-on” retrofit to chiller and refrigeration systems.
