Flaretite’s seals are designed to make 37 and 45 degree flared fittings permanently leak-free, and yet allow serviceability. Clip them onto the nose of the flare or insert in the nut, assemble and torque. Seals are rated for -65° to 1,200°F, and are compatible with all refrigeration gases, hydraulic fluids, fuels, hot oil, and steam, says the company.
