The Green Building Estimating Library on CD contains cost data from 59 LEED® and sustainable projects. The CD contains square-footage cost information on projects ranging from commercial, industrial, office, and educational (including numerous schools that are certified LEED for New Construction) to medical, recreational, religious, residential, government, and civic. The CD also includes D4COST Express software, which enables users to build their own historical project library using their company’s project data. Projects archived into the software can be cost modeled instantly and precisely using cost escalators and location modifiers. New projects can be further modeled by changing the square footage or adjusting each line item within the project for added precision.
