Wilkinson, P.E., as vice president of operations for Dome-Tech Commissioning Services. Focused on energy conservation and indoor environmental quality, Dome-Tech is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and has several LEEDTM accredited professionals.

Wilkinson is a nationally published author and speaker on commissioning quality assurance procedures. He is an ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and regularly speaks at the annual National Conference on Building Commissioning. He is co-chair of the Commissioning Guideline Committee of the National Association of State Facilities Administrators, which published its Building Commissioning Recommended Guidelines in April 2003.
