HOUSTON — Comfort Systems USA Inc. began the Dependent Scholarship Awards in 2001. Since then the company has awarded four separate four year, $1,000 per year scholarships to dependent children of Comfort Systems USA employees. This year’s recipients include: Sam Share, Wells College, Aurora, New York; Joseph Slater, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta; Samantha Brunson, University of Montana, Missoula, Mont.; and Valerie Golembiewski, who has yet to choose a university.

“The road to getting an education is full of obstacles. One of the most difficult is the money to make it possible,” said the company. “College education makes a difference, and Comfort Systems USA is pleased to be able to assist in making it possible for the winners of our four annual scholarships.”
