This year’s Fabtech show, which takes place Nov. 16-18 in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will include an education program of industry speakers who will present on a variety of topics.  

Training on metal roof installation will take place at this year’s Metalcon, Oct. 26-28, at the Baltimore Convention Center.

The Spiral Duct Manufacturers Association, better known as SPIDA, is an organization focused on promoting the use of spiral-seam round and flat oval in ductwork fabrication.

It wasn’t the sheet metal from race cars that recently brought attendees and spectators to Indianapolis— at least those who came to the Sheet Metal Workers union Local 20’s training center.

SPIDA — aka the Spiral Duct Manufacturers Association — is a nonprofit organization promoting the use of spiral-seamed round and flat-oval duct through research and education.
