The NAHB-Wells Fargo Housing Market Index for the month stood at 16 - the fourth straight month the index was unchanged.

The manual for American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers standard 90.1 has 109 addenda added since the 2007 version of the efficiency standard was released.
