 Engineered for optimum performance in uses below 24,000 Btus, the units are ideal for homes, apartments, small offices and shops.

 The awards, presented by the Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development, recognize companies that have made major contributions to the Bay State’s economy.  

The July figures follow a 5.9 percent boost for June.

 The webinar will be hosted by Kurt Knapke, Emerson’s director of product planning and electronics.  

 The company will be exhibiting a number of products, including those designed to work with solar energy and metal roofing, officials said.  

 Among the companies slated to attend are a number of construction and HVAC-related firms, including Trane. 

 In addition to $1,000 each in tuition assistance, the student winners will receive $1,500 in Ridgid-brand tools.  

The equipment will be sold as part of Luxaire’s Acclimate and LX Series. It is aimed at homeowners and buildings where ductwork-based HVAC systems are not practical.
