Heather Rodehaver Receives Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award at SPIDA Annual Meeting
Director of sales and marketing at The Cincinnatus Group wins top honor

SHEET METAL: Known for her energy, quick wit, and ability to bring teams together, Heather Rodehaver has become a standout presence in the sheet metal industry.
Recognition often comes quietly in the sheet metal industry, earned through years of showing up, solving problems, and supporting the people around you. At this year’s Spiral Duct Manufacturers Association (SPIDA) Annual Meeting, the crowd took a well-deserved pause to celebrate someone who’s made that kind of steady impact: Heather Rodehaver, director of sales and marketing at The Cincinnatus Group.
Rodehaver was named the 2026 recipient of the Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award, an honor that carries particular meaning for those who knew Bradford or understand his legacy. The award highlights the values Bradford was known for: hard work, selflessness, a positive attitude, mentoring, steadfastness, and integrity. As Drew McCaffrey, founder of The Cincinnatus Group, put it, “Heather lives our values every single day, and this award puts a well-deserved spotlight on what makes her – and TCG – different.”
Rodehaver’s colleagues don’t mince words describing her impact. More than one calls her the “heartbeat” of the company, the person who keeps the team on track while always being ready to step in wherever she’s needed. Even her competitors have noticed her talent for building relationships and managing complexity behind the scenes – from coordinating sales and distribution to troubleshooting project hiccups before they become real problems.
The Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award is funded through proceeds from the annual Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament and a contribution from SNIPS NEWS. It’s awarded not simply for results, but for embodying the habits that lift up an entire industry: accountability, humility, and the pursuit of excellence. According to annual client surveys, Rodehaver consistently stands out for her responsiveness, transparency, and her drive to make sure projects are completed the right way, on time.
“Heather is the heartbeat of this company,” McCaffrey said. “She sets the standard for all of us.”
Rodehaver joined The Cincinnatus Group four and a half years ago and quickly became a central figure within the company’s leadership. She heads a sales team that serves contracted clients nationwide, manages quoting and order processing, and is often the first call when a complicated project needs a practical solution. Her colleagues say she brings both energy and focus to the workplace – and has been known to lighten the mood with a quick joke when deadlines loom.
For The Cincinnatus Group, Rodehaver’s recognition is about more than individual achievement. It’s a nod to the culture she helps nurture: “At TCG, we are ‘Called to Solve, Where Others Struggle,’ and that calling only means something because people like Heather live it,” McCaffrey concluded.
SPIDA and SNIPS congratulate Heather Rodehaver on earning this year’s Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award – a fitting tribute to a career built on service, leadership, and the quiet kind of excellence that too often goes unsung in our industry.
