The CES Group (Chaska, MN) announced the acquisition of Senior Air Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Senior Plc. (Stoke-on-Trent, England). Senior Air Systems (SAS)
will become part of Eaton-Williams Group Limited, and will continue to strengthen the CES Group’s presence in the European hvac marketplace.
