In a move signaling its continued commitment to expanding its national presence, Denver-based Hercules Industries has acquired Salt Lake City's HVAC Equipment Sales Inc. The acquisition brings together two respected names in the HVAC industry, promising to elevate service and product offerings for customers across the Western United States.
Hercules Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality HVAC sheet metal products, has built a reputation for excellence since its founding in 1962. The employee-owned company has experienced remarkable growth, with 22 branches and two distribution centers spanning the Western and Midwestern United States.
HVAC Equipment Sales, a well-established manufacturers' representative firm, has earned a stellar reputation in Utah for its in-depth knowledge of engineered products and exceptional customer service. The company's owner and operator, Eric Andrus, along with his brother Bear Andrus, Sharon Tuttle, and Frank Calfetti, will join the Hercules team, ensuring continuity and expertise for customers.
