Milwaukee Tool acquires Imperial Blades

Milwaukee Tool recently announced the acquisition of the Sun Prairie, Wisconsin-based Imperial Blades.

“Imperial Blades is a strong brand focused on expanding and delivering a broad range of high quality solutions to the oscillating tool category,” says TTI CEO says Joseph Galli in a press release. “Milwaukee Tool remains relentlessly focused on delivering innovative solutions, and we are proud to expand our US Manufacturing footprint and portfolio of professional brands with Imperial Blades.”

Imperial Blades is known as the original inventor of a universal shank used on oscillating multi-tools. Founded in 2008, the company has a range of accessory tool solutions, including its Storm Titanium coating and the Carbide Extreme Blade.

Milwaukee Tool is a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based subsidiary of Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd.
