APR buys Bell Supply
HVAC distributor is company's first Delaware outlet
APR Supply Co. has purchased the HVAC and plumbing distribution business of Delaware-based Bell Supply. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition closed May 12 and the store will become APR’s first location in the state.
APR President and CEO Scott Weaver said Bell Supply aligns well with his company’s 38 other locations in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
“We're both family run area distributors and now APR, through its Bell Supply location, will be able to offer its customer base an even greater variety of products and services,” Weaver said. “APR Supply, Bell Supply and all our customers will prosper together.”
