United Supply buys Nutley
Residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing distributor United Supply Co. recently purchased commercial HVAC distributor Nutley Heating and Cooling Supply Co. Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
Both are New Jersey-based and family-owned companies. United Supply will expand its 10 New Jersey locations with Nutley Supply’s 15 locations throughout New Jersey and New York.
United Supply will also offer Weil-McLain and Smith commercial cast iron boilers and RBI commercial water heaters and have more locations to provide Ruud HVAC products, officials said.
