Boose has a long history in the HVAC industry, company officials said, most recently as president of Direct Energy Services. He also worked as managing director of British Gas’ heating services business from 2007-2010.

"Scott Boxer has done an exceptional job leading Service Experts to its current success in the marketplace," said John Macdonald, president and CEO at Enercare. "I would like to personally thank Scott for his tremendous leadership, commitment and strong performance over the course of the year since the acquisition of Service Experts. We wish Scott all the best in his retirement." 

Boxer will retire in May.
