Hartzell expands warranty
Coverage now goes up to 5 years
Hartzell Air Movement now offers a five-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The new program is the longest standard warranty in the HVAC construction and industrial air movement products industry, company officials say. It covers all Hartzell products once customers register their products at the company’s website.
“Hartzell Air Movement adopts the philosophy of ‘Good Enough, Never Is.’ The new five-year warranty is an extension of that philosophy,” said Tom Gustafson, the company’s chief technology officer. “Our customers can have confidence and peace of mind when they buy our fans, knowing that it’s warrantied for a full five years.”
Hartzell also announced that it has revamped the company’s website, which now offers easier navigation and quicker access to product information, officials say. Now on the site are white papers and technical articles in addition to expanded product information.
“The redesign will insure a superior and informative user experience for our visitors,” said Hartzell President Sean Stiemle. “This was a significant investment for Hartzell Air Movement and we are confident the new market-focused content and enhanced product finder will help guide visitors to the air-movement solutions that best meet their needs.”
The site has been optimized for mobile viewing and adjusts to whatever type of device is being used to visit, officials add.
