Lennox asks for efficiency tips
Homeowners have chance to win green HVAC system
Penny-pinching homeowners who like to save energy have a chance to win new HVAC equipment from Lennox Industries.
As part of the Lennox Energy Savings Superstar Contest, homeowners submit their best tips for saving energy at home, including a photo, to this website. Judges will pick the four best ideas, which will then be voted on Lennox website visitors.
The winner will receive:
●A combination of a Dave Lennox Signature Collection XC25 green HVAC air conditioner — or XP25 heat pump— and the Lennox iComfort S30 smart thermostat or up to $10,000 in other select Lennox air conditioning and heating products, including installation costs
●A one-year supply of ice cream
●Four tickets to a water park near the winner’s home
Jennifer Franz, an energy efficiency expert at Lennox, said the contest is giving homeowners the chance to be rewarded for their energy-efficiency efforts.
“With the Energy Savings Superstar contest, Lennox is giving homeowners the opportunity to share their best energy savings advice in order to inspire others to improve their grade in energy savings 101- and win the most high-performing, quiet, and energy efficient home comfort products on the market today,” she said.
The contest started July 1 and runs through Aug. 31.
