Karl Gorbet of Panasonic Heating and Air Conditioning Group has been promoted to national service manager.

Included in Gorbet’s 27 years of experience are 15 years with the Sanyo and Panasonic air conditioning, eight and a half of which were spent as area service manager. His new responsibilities include managing the service department, overseeing the training department, representing Panasonic on various committees and product development for the HVAC construction group.
