Fabtech session to focus on gen-Y workers

An executive from temporary employment agency Kelly Services Inc. will speak about the generational divide at a Tuesday Fabtech session.
Dan Trupp, director of the Kelly Engineering Product Center of Excellence, will present “Gen-Now: Understanding the Multi-Gen Workforce,”at 10 a.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta.
“Each generation has something unique to offer the workplace environment,” Trupp said. “In this highly competitive demand for talent, learning to effectively utilize skill sets from a multi-generational workforce collaboratively will ultimately lead to achieving business goals.”
The session is part of the Fabtech sheet metal forming and manufacturing trade show, which takes place Tuesday through Thursday in Atlanta.
