Klein seeks top HVAC construction instructor
Sheet metal forming and HVAC construction toolmaker Klein Tools Inc. is looking for the best industry instructor in the country.
The Illinois-based manufacturer is looking for an electrical or HVAC market teacher who makes a difference in the lives of his or her students.
Entries will be judged on his or her mastery of the field, classroom experience and community dedication. Six regional winners will be picked.
“We know there are a lot of great instructors out there who have a passion for electrical and HVAC work, are exceptional teachers and are involved in the world around them,” said Tom Barton, a product marketing manager at Klein Tools. “Klein Tools wants to recognize and celebrate their contribution to the trades and the community as a whole.”
Each regional winner will receive $500 and $500 worth of Klein tools for the school where he or she works. The top winner will receive another $500 in cash and his or her school will get another $500 worth of tools. The students in the top instructor’s class will receive a back-to-school kit.
Regional winners will be announced Sept. 15. The top winner will be chosen through online voting. Full contest rules and nominating forms can be viewed at www.kleintools.com/HOTC.
