Canadian HVAC market company Don Park sold
Toronto-based HVAC construction company Don Park has been bought by a New Brunswick businessman.
Entrepreneur Normand Caissie purchased the ductwork fabrication company’s York Mills Road manufacturing facility July 30. The deal does not include the sheet metal works company’s commercial manufacturing and fire divisions. Other terms were not disclosed.
Don Park has made galvanized spiral duct, pipe, fittings and other sheet metal products for more than four decades.
