RectorSeal buys 3 HVAC brands
RectorSeal has bought Titan, Goliath and AquaGuard HVAC brands from Resource Conservation Technologies. Terms were not disclosed.
The Jan. 2 sale adds Goliath and Titanplastic condensate overflow pans for air-conditioning units to RectorSeal’s Safe-T-Switch and EZ Trap condensate management switches and accessories.
RectorSeal will continue to market the product lines through HVAC wholesalers, said RectorSeal Corp. President David Smith.
"We saw RCT as a fast-growing company with unique products that will expand the breadth of RectorSeal's HVAC/R offerings, especially in the condensate management niche, which is an important part of our existing product offerings," he said.
