RectorSeal buys AC Leak Freeze HVAC market brand
RectorSeal has purchased the AC Leak Freeze brand of HVAC market sealants and the assets of Universal Technologies Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
AC Leak Freeze uses a non-polymer formula to seal HVAC construction refrigerant leaks from the inside without reacting to moisture or oxygen, officials said.
"We had the opportunity to buy a company with a ‘best-in-class’ product, so we took advantage of it," said RectorSeal sales Vice President Larry Kaiser.
