UTC increasing residential, commercial HVAC equipment prices
UTC Building & Industrial Systems, maker of Carrier, Bryant, Payne and International Comfort Products brand HVAC equipment, is raising prices.
The company announced Friday that it was hiking prices 5 percent on residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and up to 3 percent on commercial equipment.
The new prices will be rolled out during the next 60 days, officials said.
