October 24, 2013

Bob Linder, P.E., LEED, AP, NEBB CPThe National Environmental Balancing Bureau appointed its 2014 president, Robert Linder during the NEBB Board of Directors Meeting in Monterey Bay, Calif, Oct. 18-19.

Linder currently serves as senior project manager for Karges-Faulconbridge Inc. in St Paul, Minn., holding over 20 years of management and leadership experience in whole building commissioning, retro-commissioning and testing, adjusting and balancing.

“NEBB was formed in 1971 and today is bigger and more relevant than ever. I am proud to pass this legacy to Bob Linder, who has a proven record of creating successful relationships with NEBB members and organizations in the building and construction industry," said Stan Fleischer, outgoing president of NEBB. "At NEBB, he has been responsible for creating and enhancing programs to better respond to industry needs."  Bob has also been instrumental in developing an organizational culture focused on expanding NEBB’s footprint in the industry and providing better service to NEBB Firms. ”

Linder, who previously served as chairman of NEBB's building systems commissioning committee and a member of NEBB's board of directors, says he is looking forward to his new role in the organization.

“I am honored to be appointed to this position by my peers," said Linder. "I am looking forward to using my background and experience to grow NEBB’s industry presence and strengthen the value of our certification programs. Our board has some very exciting plans for NEBB and our future is brighter than ever.”
