Esab wins customer service award
Welding and cutting products manufacturer Esab has won an award for its customer service.
Esab has been given a Gold Stevie Award for turning around its sales in 2013. As part of the nomination process, Esab submitted a paper detailing its weekly staff-wide meetings and other efforts that allowed the cutting systems division to meet sales targets.
“We are very proud of what our sales team accomplished,” said Dave Maxham, vice president of Esab’s cutting systems sales division. “With a focus on best practices and team communication, we grew into a stronger and more effective sales organization.”
This year’s Stevie Awards ceremony was held in Las Vegas.
