Air Conditioning Contractors of America members are seeing work decline as 2012 ends.

Those are the results of the group’s December Contractor Comfort Index poll. The index represents the surveyed short-term outlook of member companies. For December, the index number was 52. A number over 50 represents positive feelings on the economy. The figure is one point lower than its year-ago figure of 51.
