ACCA members predict slower growth
Air Conditioning Contractors of America members appear to feel business prospects are changing with seasons.
The group’s September Contractor Comfort Index is 56. The number represents the surveyed short-term outlook of member companies. A number over 50 represents positive feelings on the economy. Last month, the index stood at 60.
Despite the slightly lower figure than previous months, the index still sits higher than its year-ago figure of 51.
The next ACCA index will be released near the end of the month.
