CroppMetcalfe Services of Fairfax, Va., was named the the residential winner of the ACCA’s 2011 Contractors of the Year program. The winner was announced at the opening general session of the ACCA’s 43rd Annual Conference and Indoor Air Expo Feb. 15 in San Antonio.
