ACCA asking for contractor award nominees
The ACCA is seeking nominations for its annual Contractor of the Year awards.
"Last year more contractors than ever before applied to be considered for these prestigious awards and we expect the same thing this year," said Melissa Broadus, communications director for the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. "Since the competition is so tight, we are again starting the application process early. This allows contractors enough time to compile all the necessary information to tell their company's unique story and for the judges to have enough time to review the applications and make the tough decision."
Eligible contractors must be members in good standing with the association for at least the past three years and fill out the application at www.contractorsoftheyear.com. The winners will be picked among the finalists — three commercial and three residential — by a committee of past association chairmen.
The entry deadline is Sept. 30. Winners will be recognized at next year’s ACCA conference in Nashville, Tenn.
