HVAC Excellence picks 2011 convention site
Organizers for next year’s National HVACR
Educators and Trainers Conference are heading south - to the South Point hotel-casino
in Las Vegas.
The resort is a new venue for the convention, and its location along Las Vegas Boulevard, a half-hour from McCarran International Airport, is a "locals-oriented" casino apart from the busy heart of the Strip where organizers have held their most recent meetings.
Despite the new location, the March 20-22, 2011, will still have sessions on federal laws, energy efficiency, new technologies, a large trade show and lots of leisure activities, officials say.
