Program officials said the New Jersey-based chapter is constantly raising money and undertaking new projects. 

The Garden State Chapter of the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers has been named winner of the 2009 Oil Heat Cares Cup.

The award was presented during the group’s May annual meeting in Hershey, Pa.

The nonprofit Oil Heat Cares assists people in need with replacement of their oil-heating appliances.
