China show gets boost

July 15, 2009
The biennial ISH-China HVAC trade show is among the largest such events held in Asia. The next one is scheduled for March 10-12, 2010.

The European Heating Industry Association and the China District Heating Association have renewed their commitment to ISH-China.

The biennial HVAC trade show is among the largest such events held in Asia. The next one is scheduled for March 10-12, 2010, at the China National Convention Center in Beijing.

Chen Huaishen, general secretary of the CDHA, said ISH-China is the only heating and air-conditioning show endorsed by the group.

“CDHA has been supporting ISH China for 13 years, since its first edition in 1996,” Chen said. “During this time we have cooperated with Messe Frankfurt, who have abundant international resources to build a prime international platform for China’s heating industry. Both of us have successfully developed this show and our cooperation is growing and will last long into the future.”

Messe Frankfurt Shanghai Co. Ltd. Is one of the show’s organizers.

Officials with the European heating group also called the show a very important event.

“We see the show as China’s most important business platform for the heating industry,” said Andreas Lücke, group secretary and managing director of the Federal Industrial Association of Germany House, Energy and Environmental Technology. “It is the only high-quality show in China that guarantees quality professional visitors and this is why the high-tech European heating industry is happy to participate in ISH China.”
