Salt Lake City has been selected as the locale for the Unified Group’s 2008 Service Managers Forum, Sept. 24-27.

The Unified Group is an independent association of 52 HVAC mechanical contractors, based in Broadview, Ill.

Members are expected to discuss operating costs, recruiting, training, service problems and related issues.

“We are looking forward to having a great forum full of collaboration and information sharing between the members,” said Julie Bishop, Unified Group executive director.

The U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification program will also be discussed.
