Adamson High School

Adamson High School in Dallas recently installed more than 27,000 square feet of Metl-Span panels on the exterior of its building. Work was performed by Advantage Wall Panel Systems in Corinth, Texas.

Adamson High School in Dallas has been around for close to a century. Its new next-door neighbor is a new, modern school building.

The new school building is four levels and includes 223,000 square feet. Giving it a modern edge is the 27,000 square feet of Metl-Span panels on the outside of the building. The Metl-Span products used include the CF24 Architectural Flat insulated wall panels finished in the colors autumn wood and semolina.

The Metl-Span panels were installed by Advantage Wall Panel Systems in Corinth, Texas.

“Metl-Span did an awesome job in meeting the delivery schedule,” said Rob Medlin, project manager. “The project was pretty straightforward, although there were lots of bent corners that were fabricated in our shop. The job went really well.”

The architectural design for the project was done by Corgan Associates in Dallas. The general contractor was Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Inc. of Irving, Texas.
