Formtek names senior VP
Jack Pennuto Jr. has been promoted to senior vice president of Formtek Inc.
Pennuto has been with the sheet metal works machinery company since 2006, most recently working as director of sales and marketing. He holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri.
Mestek’s ductwork fabrication-related brands include Lockformer, ISM, Iowa Precision, Lion and Engel Industries.
