The conference — Education … The Key to a Sustainable Future — provides lecture and hands-on sessions and nearly 80 industry exhibits for persons providing training in the HVACR and energy auditing fields.

Employers are asking for technicians that have been trained in system design, system performance, duct and envelope leakage rate testing, and have been introduced to some of the tasks involved in energy auditing. These skills can reduce callbacks, reduce warranty cost and improve the energy efficiency of HVACR equipment. The 2013 conference will provide attendees a number of sustainable technologies sessions.
