The Z-Vent III is a new, corrosion-resistant gas venting system that features a snap connection pipe for quick and easy installation, says the company. No clamps or sealants are required because the pipe ends contain a built-in silicone gasket, and inserting and turning the male end results in a tight seal. The Z-Vent III allows pipe to be cut to the proper length onsite, and has fusion-welded seams for a smoother finish and a better fit, according to the manufacturer. The company says the system can be used on high-efficiency furnaces, pool heaters, and water heaters.
