Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing Expands Its Vegas Operations

LAS VEGAS - Kenneth D. Goodrich, founder and president of Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing, announced that he has purchased a new industrial building and an undeveloped land parcel at the Buffalo/215 Business Park in Las Vegas. Goodrich bought the 19,786-square-foot building and one acre of land from the Las Vegas division of Panattoni Development Co. and he will lease the facilities to Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing, a division of American Residential Services. Goodrich will develop the land parcel as a parking facility for 100 service vehicles and 7,500 square feet of the building will be converted to office space.

Yes! signed a 10-year lease on the building and land in order to accommodate the company’s expanding business operations in the Las Vegas Valley. The new location will house the service and dispatch operations, warehouse, parking, training facilities, and the company’s newest business division, Yes! Efficient Attic Systems (EAS). Goodrich expects Yes! to relocate its operations next fall, after the land development and tenant improvements to the building are completed.

“Yes! has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years,” said Goodrich. “The company has long since outgrown its current location and I’ve been waiting for the right opportunity in the market to expand our facilities. The Buffalo/215 Business Park offers great value and an unbeatable location, where techs can quickly and easily access homes across the Valley. I’m certain this investment will serve me and my company well as we move forward.”
