Wintac 2011 Software Released

BOSTON - Intac International Inc. released Wintac 2011. The new version includes more than 100 enhancements, including more powerful service scheduling and dispatching capabilities, more extensive customer relationship management features, support for point-of-sale transactions, and more built-in mobile computing options to facilitate the goal of a paperless office.

“This year, the focus was on giving our users the flexibility to fine-tune Wintac to fully automate every facet of their field service operation. However you choose to schedule your service, dispatch your jobs, bill your customers, pay your employees, or analyze your business data, Wintac 2011 will likely accommodate it,” said Daniel Restivo, Intac CEO.

Wintac’s all-inclusive design combines the functionality of several programs into one integrated system including: customer relationship management, field service management, prospect and contact management, vehicle management, multilocation inventory control, mobile computing, and complete accounting.
